Am I mistaken, but before you judge a long-standing protocol/scheme/strategy/programme as not fit for purpose, you’d have to have seen it in action first and perhaps tweak it. Surely this is an obvious idea instead of saying ‘that’s not fit for purpose and we are going to ditch it and use this protocol/scheme/strategy/programme in spite of the fact I have no idea if it is appropriate for the context’?
Surely you’d have to be a particularly arrogant appointment to leadership to do this. And as we know, arrogant leaders are not really leaders, in fact they are not…………….
